TFL have launched a “small-scale pilot scheme” with funding over the next 3 years, and are looking for submissions from community groups. In their words: “From ideas such as temporary public plazas to new street layouts, technology and infrastructure, the fund will be a great way to try out innovative low-cost measures.”
